We’re thrilled to announce that Timber Kings has officially become the #1 series ever to air on HGTV Canada*, and a Top 10 specialty entertainment program** this season. As if that weren’t reason enough to celebrate, HGTV Canada has also confirmed that they’ll be bringing our hit documentary series back for a second season in Winter 2015.

“Timber Kings expands upon the compelling and entertaining stories we tell about the home on HGTV Canada, making it an entirely new experience for traditional viewers and offering an ample opportunity to bring new audience to the channel,” said Barb Williams, Senior Vice President, Content, Shaw Media. “This series has found a huge, dedicated audience that will continue into a new season of craftsmanship, competitiveness, and challenges.”

“A hardy group of builders from Williams Lake has captured the hearts of Canadians,” says Cal Shumiatcher, Executive Vice President of Paperny Entertainment. “We’re thrilled to be telling their stories and showcasing the spectacular work that they do.”

With the same cast of characters that viewers have grown to love, the second season of Timber Kings will capture the gruelling jobs and jaw-dropping experiences of the master log smiths at Pioneer Log Homes in Williams Lake, B.C. The upcoming season will feature more multi-million dollar log homes being built under tight deadlines and intense pressure all across the country.
